Arrival - Please arrive 10 minutes prior to
your scheduled spa appointment so you can check in at
the front desk, visit the restroom, and meet your
therapist or technician. During the consultation, please
openly discuss your likes, dislikes, and any concerns
you may have about the service you are receiving.
Privacy - At Trends, your comfort and
relaxation is our first priority. During spa treatments,
your body will be draped with a sheet to ensure your
privacy. However, if it makes you more comfortable to
leave some of your clothing on, please feel free. It is
recommended you keep any valuables or jewelry with you,
as we do not assume liability for lost articles.
Deposit - For spa services over $100 or
multiple services, we may ask for a deposit or a credit
card number to hold your appointments.
Cancellations - A 48 hour cancellation
notice is requested for all spa services and allows
Trends to accommodate clients who may be on a waiting
list. We do understand there may be situations where
this is not possible, and we ask you make every effort
to cancel as soon as possible.
Late arrival - If you arrive late for your
appointment, your service may be shortened so we may
serve other guests promptly.
Promoting good health & well being - We
ask you reschedule your appointment if you have any
communicable diseases such as a bad cold, flu, cold
sores, athlete’s foot, other skin conditions. This is
for the protection of the technician performing the
service as well as our other guests. We reserve the
right to refuse service.
Cell phones - So all of our spa guests can
relax and enjoy their services, we ask you turn off your
cell phone upon entering the spa.
Children - Children are always welcome and
may receive any services Trends offers. We ask they be
accompanied by a parent or another adult, and not
disrupt other client’s spa experience.
Payments - We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, checks, cash or the Trends Salon & Spa Gift
Card.
Gratuity - Our service prices do not
include gratuity. While never required, you may wish to
show your appreciation to your service provider for an
exceptional experience. Gratuities can be added when
checking out.
